Blue hail from Cambridge and consist
of Chris Mann and Paul Darking.
Prior to signing to Iris Light Records
they were a major part of the SABRES
OF PARADISE label releasing two
albums and numerous 7" and 12" Singles.
They have both been involved in music
for over ten years and joined Iris Light
in 1998 for the release of their third
album "Nightwork".
This brilliantly dark dub influenced
album was followed in the Spring
of '99 by "Corrosion", a mini album of
beat driven ethnic tinged ambience
that proved - if any were needed - that
this duo just get better with every
passing release!
Chris has completed a solo project for
Iris Light which will go under the name
"God Damn You All" and will see the
light of day later this year. The band
are also completing their next album
which is rumoured to be completely
ambient.
Paul recently set up his own label and
has released one 12" Single to date.
